Employees Make The Difference
DebonAir believes that our employees are the most important part of our business. This is where you get to know a little more about who we really are. Below are a few of our selected employees, and a look into the character that DebonAir is made of.
Hector Anduiza – Owner/Sales

Hector started with DebonAir back at the onset in 1992 partnering with Charlie and Susie Aleshire to create a premiere air conditioning company in South Florida. He has been in several positions throughout the business’ 18 years and has now found a home and loves selling.
Hector’s favorite part of his job is to come into a situation that has been unsolved by another contractor and to solve the customer’s problems with a unique and creative time and money saving result. He loves to provide more than what is expected by the customer and to have them recognize he goes the extra mile for them in all areas of service.
He considers DebonAir and the customer as a team working for the building and its tenants for everyone’s satisfaction.
Hector loves his job and believes in the DebonAir team and is looking forward to many more years of premiere service and installation for the team.
Raul Gonzalez – Service Manager

Raul started with DebonAir in the field over 3 years ago. He left another area air conditioning company after being the Service Manager there as well. “We at DebonAir quickly recognized Raul’s strengths and placed him at the Service Manager position. He has done a phenomenal job for us and does not accept no for an answer in resolving our customers needs,” says Charlie Aleshire. All customers are priority in Raul’s book and this is what sets he and DebonAir apart as a service provider.
Raul’s favorite thing about his position is dealing with and helping customers with all their HVAC/R problems on a day to day basis. He likes to help the customer with new ideas for energy savings for the property managers and owners as well as residents. Raul says, “I take great pride in helping our customers in times of crisis and emergencies when they need us the most. To me there is nothing more rewarding than working hand in hand with the customer and tech to get the problem resolved in a timely manner.”
Raul’s biggest challenge is maintaining a high standard and being competitive in these hard economic times. “We are seeing our competition lower prices as well as standards. We are lowering our prices while refusing to lower our standards and it makes for some new challenges.”
Sherry Bingham – Service Dispatcher

Sherry started with DebonAir Mechanical, Inc. in the summer of 1999 and was the front desk coordinator. She did a super job and her attention to detail and great customer skills were the determining factor in her promotion to the service dispatcher.
She left for greener pastures for a year but realized during that time that her boys and DebonAir family were more important to her than Georgia.
DebonAir was happy to see her return and is enjoying her dedication and professionalism.
Sherry’s favorite thing about her job is the customer relationships that she has developed over the years and the fact that she is able to help them solve their problems with their systems. As she states, “ It is very rewarding to be able to respond promptly to the customer.” Some days are more stressful than others due to her commitment to ensure customer satisfaction and cooling.
Another part of the job she enjoys is the interaction with the field technicians as well as the office employees. “Everyone really pulls together here to get the job done and it is a pleasure to work as a team.”
DebonAir is grateful and happy to have Sherry in the service department and looks forward to her having a long tenure with the company.
